      6 x 1 hour sessions, held weekly on the same day and time. The first of 6 sessions is available to book online and you will automatically be booked for the next 6 sessions.
      Valid for 6 weeks

    • 1-1 training

      This includes a full consultation online, 2 in person practical sessions, follow up report and an online check in after 2 weeks.
