Services

I provide private, one-to-one dog training and group sessions. Training advice is based on professional knowledge and experience but results may vary depending on the dog and their personal situation.

Bookings & Payment

• Sessions must be booked in advance.

• Payment is required when booking.

• Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• At least 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

• Late cancellations may result in:

  • Loss of session

• Missed appointments (“no-shows”) are non-refundable.

Health & Safety

• Dogs must be:

  • Up to date with vaccinations (or titre tested)

  • Free from contagious illness

• Owners must disclose any:

  • Aggressive behaviour

  • Bite history

  • Medical conditions

• I reserve the right to refuse or stop a session if safety is at risk.

Owner Responsibility

• The owner/handler remains responsible for their dog at all times.

• You agree to follow training guidance consistently between sessions.

• Use of training equipment is at your own risk unless otherwise instructed.

Liability Disclaimer

• While all reasonable care is taken, I am not liable for:

  • Injury, loss, or damage caused by your dog

  • Incidents occurring during or after training sessions

• Training involves working with animals, and some risk is inherent.

Children & Third Parties

• Children must be supervised at all times.

• Only agreed participants may attend sessions unless prior consent is given.

Location & Travel

• Sessions may take place:

  • At your home

  • Public spaces

  • Agreed training venues

• Travel fees may apply outside 15 mile radius.

Equipment & Methods

• I use reward-based, humane training methods.

• I do not support the use of aversive tools (e.g. shock collars, prong collars).

Photos & Media 

• Photos/videos may be taken for training or marketing purposes.

• Consent will be requested before any public use.

Data Protection

• Your personal information will be handled in accordance with UK GDPR and will not be shared without consent.

By booking a session, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Insurance
I hold valid public liability and professional indemnity insurance appropriate for dog training services. Details of my insurance provider and cover can be provided upon request.
